East Beaumaris Kindergarten has a dedicated team of early childhood educators who bring with them a wealth of experience, knowledge and culture. Our educators are respected for the important work they do and are focused on promoting a culture of learning, a sense of belonging and a sense of well-being in partnerships with families. They have a passionate commitment to maximise the learning for each child at the centre and help develop their potential.
Jenny Robison – Educator, 4 year old
Jenny has grown up in the Bayside area and has enjoyed working across many Bayside Kindergartens. She believes that community Kindergartens are a very special place where both children and their families are highly valued.
Jenny believes in providing a warm, engaging and most of all fun environment for the children. Yoga and mindfulness, nature play and music are some of Jenny’s teaching passions.
Jenny has 3 school age sons, loves animals and enjoys tap dancing and running.
Sam Gill – Educator, 3 year old
Sam has been the three year old group educator since 2014 having worked previously in primary schools as a teacher and in a variety of early childhood settings as an educator and director.
She has a Bachelor of Early Childhood and a Bachelor of Primary Teaching.
Sam is a mother of twin girls and has grown up living in the Bayside area.
Nina (Anine) Wright - Extended Care Activity Group Leader
Nina lives in the local Bayside area with her husband and two primary school aged boys. Prior to putting down roots in Melbourne, she has lived in a number of different countries, including her native South Africa.
Nina is fluent in Afrikaans and also comes from a family of educators. She is passionate about early childhood education and in Australia has worked at Grange Road Kindergarten (Sandringham) and Helen Paul Kindergarten (Hampton).
Nina loves working with children and enjoys being a part of a kindergarten community.
Nina is thrilled to be leading our Extended Care program in 2020.
Kyra Gandini – Co-Educator, 3 & 4 year old
We welcomed Kyra to the EBK team in 2019. She works alongside Jenny & Sam as Co-Educators in the 3 & 4 year old groups.
Kyra completed her Diploma of early Childhood Education and Care and has worked previously as a Co-Educator in another Bayside kindergarten.
She lives near the beach with her young family in Seaford.
Michelle Glover – Co-Educator King Parrots & Extended Care
Michelle has been working in local kindergartens since 2011. She thoroughly enjoys helping children and
their families reach their full potential. Listening and learning from each other in a friendly and fun
In her spare time, she likes to garden, cook and spend time with her beautiful family.
